Intriguing……I’m draw to the illusion of a bent umbrella pole, caused by the railings.

Yes it’s a bit of an odd one. Really I was taken by the sky. In fact I drew/painted the sky first because I knew it wouldn’t last long and I almost just left it at that. The gradation of colour from light bright pinky yellow through to a grey blue gives a beautiful infinity feel ….

You’ve captured that flat light well. Interesting play between representation and flattened shapes/objects. Hard to know how much volume do you give the umbrella in such an apparently abstract scene. 😊 Nice work.
